Business challenge

EduCast Live installs permanent camera systems in schools and runs every stream remotely — a genuinely unusual service that's hard to explain in a sentence. Buyers are heads of school and communications directors comparing it against doing nothing, or against asking a teacher to point a camcorder at the stage.

Our solution

The whole pitch is that nobody at the school has to touch anything. So the site leads with that, then answers the two questions a business manager asks next: what exactly is installed, and what does it cost. Purchase and rental options sit side by side with real numbers, which removes the discovery call that used to precede every quote.

Business outcome

2 weeks

from signed agreement to a school going live

Publishing the install spec and both price options up front means inquiries come from schools that have already accepted the model and the budget. The conversation starts at scheduling the install rather than explaining what remote operation means.

Creative deliverables

  • Positioning and messaging built around hands-off operation
  • Website with equipment, pricing, FAQ and contact
  • Two-option pricing architecture — purchase and rental with trial
  • Equipment page detailing the full install specification
  • Objection-handling FAQ written for school business officers
  • Consultation booking flow

Schools arrive already knowing what it costs and what we install. That changed the entire sales conversation.

More work

Let's have a friendly conversation about the business.

Thirty free minutes about what's working and what isn't. No deck, no pressure, and an honest answer about whether I'm the right fit — including if the answer is no.

I reply to every message personally, within one business day.

I'm taking on two new projects next month.

Not ready to start a project? That's completely fine.

Send me your website address and I'll record a free five-minute video walking through the three things I'd improve first. Yours to keep, whether we ever work together or not. No pitch at the end.
